Deferral & Entry Transfers

We know life happens, injuries happen, and plans change — so we offer a simple option to defer your place or transfer it to another runner.

Trail Events (10k / Half Marathon / etc.)

For all standard trail events, you may:

• Defer your entry to the following year’s event

• Transfer your place to another runner

This must be done no later than 7 days before event day.

Cost: £5.00 admin fee

 

Ultra Events

For all ultra-distance events, you may:

• Defer your entry to the following year’s event

• Transfer your place to another runner

This must be done no later than 1 calendar month before event day.

Cost: £10.00 admin fee
