On the day Check-in
Check-in opens at 8.00am. This is when you pick-up your bib number and timing tag for the event. They are not posted out and must be collected in-person on the day. Check-in closes 15 minutes before the start of the event.
Parking
Parking is available at Event HQ. Information will be provided in the event email sent to registered participants 7-10 days before the event.
Event Facilities
At Event HQ, you will find the check-in desks, toilets, baggage drop and car key storage.
There will be homemade refreshments available, provided by a group from Dunsop Bridge Village Hall, for a small fee.
Water Station
A water station is available for both the 10k & 15k. Only water is provided. Hydration pack top-up also available.
Route maps and final instructions
Full event information, including route maps, is sent to registered participants 7–10 days before the event.
