By entering a Lancashire Trails event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.
All entries are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Injury or illness
Travel disruption
Work or personal commitments
Adverse weather conditions
Changes in fitness or training
Event postponement outside of our control
As places are reserved immediately upon entry and event costs are committed in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once an entry has been completed.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In accordance with UK consumer law, entrants may be entitled to cancel within the statutory cooling-off period where applicable. However, by entering an event taking place within this period, you expressly request that Lancashire Trails begins supplying event services immediately and acknowledge that cancellation rights may therefore be lost.
Trail event deferrals and transfers to another runner cost £10 per entry. Requests must be completed no later than one week (7 days) before event day. Ultra event deferrals and transfers to another runner cost £10 per entry. Requests must be completed no later than one calendar month before event day.
We strongly recommend obtaining suitable personal event insurance where required.
