We know life happens, injuries happen, and plans change — so we offer a simple option to defer your place or transfer it to another runner.
Trail Events (10k / Half Marathon / etc.)
For all standard trail events, you may:
Defer your entry to the following year’s event
Transfer your place to another runner
This must be done no later than one week (7 days) before event day.
Deferral: £10.00 admin fee
Transfer to another runner: £10.00 admin fee
Ultra Events
For all ultra-distance events, you may:
Defer your entry to the following year’s event
Transfer your place to another runner
This must be done no later than one calendar month before event day.
Cost: £10.00 per deferral or transfer
