On the day Check-In
Your race pack, which includes your bib number and tracker needs to collected on the day of the event. You will need to pass through kit check too to ensure you have all the mandatory kit.

Checkpoints
There are 6 checkpoints, each will have water and cordial, 4 will have a selection of supplementary snacks. Full information on each checkpoint and facilities is sent to registered participants shortly before the event.
Transport
Return transport back to the start in Clitheroe is available. This is charged at £10 (runners only) and can be purchased when registering for the event. Transport times are approximately 3pm and 6pm (subject to on the day conditions).
Cut-Off Times & Safety
The maximum time permitted for completion is 10 hours.
Although largely a trail, due to the nature of the event, you will be passing through some urban areas and there are inevitably some road crossings where it will be necessary to slow and possibly stop.
As always, if you see a runner experiencing difficulties please offer assistance where possible and inform Checkpoint Marshals/Race HQ. Contact details are printed on your bib number.
